Raw Wildflower Honey is harvested during the blooming spring months. Each taste brings an explosion of all of the floral varieties, especially the refreshing wild orchard tree blossoms. Raw Wildflower Honey is bright, mellow, and pleasantly sweet with herbal and floral notes that make this delicious honey unique for a variety of culinary applications. Complimentary for a variety of cheeses or fresh vegetables, it creates the ideal combination with fresh lemons and lukewarm water for a soothing booster - Honey Lemon Water. Whether you bake it, glaze it, or dress the salad with it, you won’t be disappointed!

Like all Bee Baltic products, our Raw Wildflower Honey is unpasteurized and unfiltered so retains all its delicious healthy nutritional properties. Our harvesting processes allow our Raw Wildflower Honey to retain all of the natural anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antiviral healing properties your body deserves. Whether it's for everyday use or as a special gift, Wildflower Honey is ideal for anyone looking to add a sweet and nutritious treat to their life!

At Bee Baltic, our family of devoted beekeepers use ethical practices to kindly harvest honey and beeswax produced by our bees. From our hives to your home, we take great pride in providing our clients with pure, wildcrafted, and sustainably sourced raw honey. From candles and food wraps to healing balms, natural honey, and moisturising soaps, we can turn your ideas into reality. A true nature’s blessing, our Raw Wildflower Honey is 100% natural and unfiltered so it retains all of its healthy properties. Whether it's for everyday use or as a special gift, Bee Baltic products are perfect for everyone!

Tips:

Store your honey in a cool, dry place. Keep in mind, it’s a natural characteristic of raw honey to set (crystallise). Should crystallisation occur, gently warm the jar in hot water.

Crystallisation:

You may notice that over time, all Bee Baltic honey changes its structure and sets (crystallises). Additionally, you may see beautiful light patterns forming on the walls of the jar. These light patterns are commonly known across Baltic beekeepers as the "honey frost.” Crystallisation and changes in colour are all signs of natural, raw, unpasteurised, and unprocessed honey.

Good honey but customer service should improve

Great honey. Unfortunately one of the four ordered jars arrived broken; as a result I had to request a replacement.
I both emailed and called BeeBaltic various times. It took a fair while for them to get back to me (on both email and phone). Eventually I managed to speak to Paul, whose willing approach is to praise; nonetheless, I strongly encourage the business to really improve their customer service: replies and refunds/replacements should be much quicker. The long wait in getting a reply made me believe I got scammed...
Improvement is much needed.

It is Authentic!

I knew the taste of natural honey years ago when I lived in a Country where natural honey abounds.
So, my first test on Bee Baltic Raw Honey was the taste and I was not disappointed. Great packaging and prompt delivery too! I am delighted.

Sublime!

Delightful colour, consistency and flavour. I love to try honey from all over the world and based on my experience so far this is easily one of the finest. It's such a joy to have as the days become lighter and warmer ☀️

Lovely gift set and great products, very happy with my order, thank you so much

Raw and beautiful

I only found out about rapeseed honey last year. The fact that this in the only honey that helps with making the body alkaline was the main selling point, as all other honeys trigger acidity. We initially ordered the smaller pot to try it, and were not disappointed. Smooth and tasty, raw and perfect in every way. Our small jar of was eaten too quickly, so we ordered the large 1kg jar. Came quickly and is used daily :)
